Preparations are in full swing for our summer 2011 launch of new workers to China. 10 candidates are currently in the final stages of the application and interview process, eagerly waiting to hear of their acceptance with one of our partner universities. During the months of May and June, the mobilization process goes into high gear as new members set everything in order to transition from west to east.

Each step of the way ETA helps our "newbies" navigate the rigors of pre-field training, visa applications, health exams, and--of course--the packing list.
